3D-Printed Aluminum Y-Pipe Collector
Designed without compromise.
At the heart of the kit is a 3D-printed AlSi10Mg aluminum Y-Pipe collector with a precision-engineered 2.5” 2-into-1 merge, perfectly matched to our twin 2.5” aluminum charge pipes for seamless, uninterrupted flow. Internal geometry is optimized for minimal turbulence and maximum velocity, delivering uncompromising performance.
The stock Y‑Pipe collector doesn’t just restrict airflow, it actively disrupts it. Look inside and you’ll see jagged internal seams left behind by the factory high-volume injection molding process, with plastic ridges protruding into both airflow paths. This turbulence happens at the most critical point: the merge, where flow should be accelerating cleanly toward the throttle body. The result: chaotic airflow, compromised efficiency, and power left on the table.

Twin 2.5” Aluminum Charge Pipes
Size matters.
The factory charge pipes pinch, flatten, and distort to fit Porsche’s tight engine bay. Ours don’t. Handcrafted and TIG-welded, our twin aluminum pipes maintain a full 2.5” diameter from the intercooler outlets to the 3D-printed aluminum Y-Pipe collector. No pinching. No tapering. No pancakes. Just smooth, unrestricted boost flow.
Each aluminum charge pipe includes a discreet, pre-plugged 1/8” NPT bung TIG-welded in place because smart builds leave room to grow. Ready for dual water-meth nozzles, a boost reference tap, or any sensor you need down the line. No drilling. No cutting. No mess.
Upgraded Upper Airbox
Stock filter compatible. Future-proofed for insanity.
The upper airbox has been re-engineered with all-new internal geometry to fit constant 2.5” diameter charge piping without interference. Included 3D-printed swivel brackets reposition the entire airbox assembly rearward, providing full clearance and allowing use of the stock air filter.
Not only is it plug-and-play with the factory air filter, it’s future-proofed for the upcoming RSK Dual Air Intake System (availability expected in 4–6 weeks). Bring on the sound and the power.

Dot2 Design will soon offer a complete upgraded intake tract system that maximizes the larger diameter outlets of the RSK Dual Air Intake. This system optimizes airflow from the dual air filters to the turbocharger compressor inlets, significantly boosting turbo efficiency.
By enhancing compressor efficiency and reducing turbocharger operating pressure by 3–4 psi while maintaining the same power, it reduces stress on the turbos and lowers intake air and exhaust gas temperatures. The result is proven, significant gains in power, quicker turbo spool, sharper throttle response, and intoxicating induction sounds.

Experience the raw mechanical symphony of pure boost. Our Sound Symposer Delete Kit removes both engine bay sound symposers, cutting unwanted interior exhaust drone while amplifying authentic induction sounds, and shaving a few pounds off the rear end.
With the sound symposers deleted, you can truly hear the all-aluminum RSK Y-Pipe come alive. Its metal resonance creates a sharp, distinct induction sound that is vastly different from the restrictive, sound-dampening, stock plastic Y-Pipe.
